Microsoft Outlook 2010 is one of the many email programs that you can use to access and manage the email messages on your local computer instead of accessing the email messages through a web browser. This article will help you to configure the Microsoft Outlook 2010 program as your email client for your web hosting email account. Making use of an email program enables the user to download the copies of the email messages to your PC so that the user will be able to view them even if working offline.
The user can also choose to keep the backup copy of the email messages on both the computer and on the email server. The user can also free up the email space of the account by deleting the copies of the messages from the email server after downloading them to the PC. The Outlook setting steps to setup the Outlook 2010 program are explained below in this article. You can follow these steps carefully so that you do not encounter any errors.
