- Now you need to access the Windows Media Player and connect your IPod to the system. In the navigation pane of your Windows media player, you will be able to see your IPod.
- At the top right of the player, an option called Sync will be present and you need to choose it. On the right side, an entirely new window will open up. In order to transfer music files to your IPod, you need to drag and drop music files into the Sync list that is present below your iPod information. In order to transfer songs to your IPod, the Start Sync option has to be made use of.
